90 Day Fiancé star Loren Brovarnik couldn’t hold back her tears while revealing she’s “relapsing hard” into postpartum depression and why it’s happening. Loren, a stay-at-home mom for a living, welcomed her third baby with Alexei Brovarnik in September 2022. She has been living with Tourette Syndrome since she was a child. Loren has been honest about her personal struggles, which also includes Loren discussing postpartum depression. She first opened up when her second baby, born in August 2021, was in the NICU for days after his birth.
90 Day Fiancé‘s Loren Brovarnik posted a vulnerable video on her Instagram Stories where she sat inside her car and admitted, “Update on the mental breakdown. I’m sitting in the car because I did cry. I don’t know why.” Loren called her situation a “roller coaster” as she exclaimed, “******* hormones, man.” Since Loren has experienced postpartum depression, she admitted people who haven’t had it would not understand, especially since she is “relapsing hard.” She tried talking about how her “babies are getting big” and broke down into tears.
90 Day Fiancé Loren Admits She Thinks Of Worst-Case Scenarios
The 90 Day Fiancé star explained that she’s a Cancer and an extremist thinker, which is why she tends to think of the worst-case scenarios. “I’m super extra, in case you haven’t realized that by now,” she said while hiding her tears behind her sunglasses. “I literally get into my head about everything.” She feels “insane” to have an almost 3-year-old, another 18-month-old, and a 6-month-old baby. Loren feels time keeps going by fast, and she gets “scared of every little thing” because her babies are getting bigger. “I sit in my car sometimes, and I just cry it out because everybody needs a good cry.” Loren did reassure her followers in a different Instagram Story that she was fine, and headed out for tacos and cocktails with friends in a Miami restaurant.
Loren quit her executive administrative assistant job after having two kids. Her workplace apparently wasn’t supportive enough for the young mom, which eventually pushed her to resign. She is currently a full-time social media influencer, which means she has several brand partnerships she’s committed to that require her full attention. This is why, in between her vulnerable Instagram Stories about depression and motherhood, Loren often shares product-related updates and discount coupons.
Loren’s journey on 90 Day Fiancé has been a happy one where her relationship with Alexei is concerned. But on the flip side, she faces several other challenges, including Tourette Syndrome, which even her children could inherit from her.
